Help Please!
I am currently using Sage MMS but struggle mainly due to the volume of transactions we are posting in both Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger (15,000 invoices per month). We suffer from database timeouts etc on a regular basis, and getting more regular by the day! We have thought about moving up to Sage Line 200 - had a look around the websites but only seem to discuss functionality, anyone out there know if it likely to solve our speed issues??
Any help would be appreciated.

What version MMS are you running?
If its less than 3.5 then I would move to Sage 200.
Sage MMS 3.5 above runs on microsoft SQL Server which will improve speeds over Sage database in version 2.
If you are running Sage mms 3.5 above and already running sql server then I would get someone to check your configurations of the sql server.
Again what version(2000 or 2005)?
I have setup other products which do 15,000 transactions per day and has no speed issues with sql.
