Sage Line 500 Job Costing

Hi,

Can anyone help; I am trying to design a report for Job control in Sage line 500 using the sales and costs data in sage, can anyone tell me the correct tables I should be using to do this. Or if someone has designed one that works correctly maybe you could let me take a look at it

Depends on the detail you want to get to....

Sales histories are in opsahistm
(Sales orders are not)

I tend to use the MRP table for future orders/forecasts mrgrpdm.
(mrmrprm for forecasts that have been processed by MRP )

Standard and Current costs are in stockm and are split into Labour, Material,Overhead and Outwork if you only need parts of it. (There is a total for Standard and a total for current)

Could be built in Excel with live links to Sage server (if your are using SQL)

Can you expand on ' Job Control'...
